Yes the US should have continued it’s mission to the moon even after the Apollo I disaster. Everyone knew that space travel was going to be dangerous and even though Apollo I never left Earth everyone knew the risks. If everyone gave up because something was dangerous then we would have never have had many things we have now like airplanes.
I think they should’ve continue there mission to the moon even after the Apollo disaster, because it may have been dangerous in all but i fill they could’ve found ways to make it better in maybe the second time it could have been successful.
Yea i do think that the U.S should have continued after what had happened. The astronauts knew what they were getting into and as long as there were people still willing to participate there should be no reason to not go through with it.

There was a notice and understanding of everybody that a fire or any other event could occur in ari but not on grouds. Our space is full of many wonderful things that we may not know about, and it is our mission to know and find out what is in our surrounding.

I feel like they made the right decision into keep on striving to go to the moon. It would be ridiculous not to, but if it were me I would have a little break after the disaster to change the way in how the tests and such were done. There would be no room for any simple oversight. Because of all the technical difficulties there seemed to have in regards to the disaster, I would realize that there would be room for more mistakes in the future. As that guy in the end of the video (I forgot his name) said, the only thing they really lacked was imagination; they assumed that their tests would work on Earth but never stopped to think if it would backfire on them. In the future, I would double and triple check that there would be no negligence and that whoever was working on the project would think in creative ways about anything that could possibly go wrong. After all, there would be no use continuing the mission to the moon if more people kept on dying.

It’s understandable why they wouldn’t want to, but at the same time continuing the mission to the moon would have given us props. We would have been the “macho man” until someone topped us. It would have also made huge historical events (which it later did).
